He takes a disciplined approach and is incredibly knowledgeable.  He really cares about his clients' personal goals and is tenacious in supporting them to achieve them.  If you are serious about your health - Ross will be a great asset to helping you succeed in your fitness goals.

Ross is an excellent PT with fantastic communication and inter-personal skills. His knowledge about the human body and training methods is unsurpassed in the industry and (despite subsequent muscle soreness!) each session is a joy to be a part of.

Emily

Ross is a dedicated Personal Trainer & Massage Therapist with a good sense of humour which makes his sessions focused and fun. He is constantly attending the latest courses to keep his skill set up to date and is constantly encouraging me to ask questions and take responsibility for myself. He has empowered me by educating me to build my own understanding of my health and fitness thus providing me with a foundation for a much more sustainable lifestyle. Ross is the best personal trainer I have ever had by far but that won't be my choice of words come leg day.

For many years of having my gym membership I had always managed to find an excuse when there never to venture into the free weights area,

which I found intimidating, so made I do with cardio work and tried to put to the back of my mind that it really wasn’t working for me. As time went by

I realised more weight had crept  on and as I started to approach my mid 30’s, and I made a conscious decision to look at getting a personal trainer, something I had always considered a

extravagance  I couldn’t afford. 

 

Starting with Ross has been one of the best decisions I have made, it has changed not only my outlook on how I work out in the gym, but also

how I approach my diet and my lifestyle in general. Ross has been fantastic at giving me the confidence and motivation to help me realise my goals, and has always been

approachable and flexible to fit around my work schedule, so I can always manage to make time to get to the gym and work out with him. I would recommend Ross to anyone who is

serious about wanting to change their shape/ weight or lifestyle, he is knowledgeable helpful and makes turning up to the gym fun*.
